The building itself doubles as a fantastic evening venue and will be holding many events in the future accompanied by our all-weather outdoor gazebo and is a beautiful venue for private hire.

Organic Cold Pressed Juices & Blended Smoothies

BLENDED SMOOTHIES

These contain whole fruit or vegetables which are blended into a thick drink using all the fruit (excluding some skins).

The fibre from the fruit provides substance which fills you up, therefore is perfect as a meal replacement or snack to obtain essential nutrients into our daily diets.

The fibre also increases bowel movement which helps keeps the colon healthy. Green smoothies are immensely beneficial as they contain less sugar and are rich in vitamins and anti- oxidants.

Raw fruit and vegetable is essential fuel for your body to maintain a healthy mind and body.

Tailor made packages are available for 1, 3, or 7 day packages from detox, recovery, healing and protein packages.

All our juices and smoothies are made with organic produce so they are free of any harmful pesticides and other chemicals.

ORGANIC COLD PRESSED JUICES

All our juices are cold pressed which means that the maximum amount of nutrients, enzymes and vitamins are kept in the juice. The cold press process does not allow air into the juice or heat so the juice does not decay as fast as other juicing techniques so our organic juices stay fresh for 72 hours refrigerated and rich in nutrients.

Raw organic juices are highly nutritious as when cooked they loose many of the vitamins and minerals through heat. This is why cold pressed juicing is the best method of juicing as other techniques can apply heat when extracting the juice.

Our digestive systems struggle from a modern diet of processed foods, animal protein, white carbohydrates, alcohol, sugar, caffeine etc and toxins build up, lining the colon and stopping essential nutrients from being absorbed into the body. A Real Hidden Gem!

My first visit today...but definitely won't be my last! A real hidden gem and lovely that you dont have to search through a menu full of 'chips' to find something healthy...because its all really healthy!! All the food is clearly labelled for people eating a specific way/following a specific diet. I tried the protein smoothie and it really was yummy. Not sweet like traditional smoothies that are packed with sugar but really filling and just healthy tasting!!...I liked it so much in fact that I got a takeaway for my hubby to try too. X
